Appointment Policy

GUARANTEE:
Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for up to weeks after your service.
Nail services are guaranteed for up to 5 days after initial appointment.
Should damage to your manicure occur, the salon must be contacted within 5 days of your initial service to receive a complimentary nail fix.
Any damage reported after the 5 days will be repaired at cost.

Regular polish is not guaranteed once the service has been completed.

Late Cancellation and No Show :
Appointments can be cancelled 3 hours in advance by calling: 913-831-8787.
If a Customer has 3 consecutive cancellation or no shows,that customer will be accepted as a “ walk in “ customer only .

Late Arrivals:
Posh Nail offers a 10 minute grace period beginning at the time of the appointment. Any arrivals after the grace period has expired will be considered as a "walk-in" customer and will be attended to in the order in which they arrived. If a specific technician was requested during booking, a late arrival could result in services being rendered by the first available nail technician.

Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest for improper conduct, tardiness, no shows, or any other situation we deem inappropriate.
